Eggs Price SGD$5 for a dozen. What a price to pay!! Ever since Malaysia was hit by bird flu, i have not eaten eggs for quite sometime. Anyway after 3 weeks without chicken eggs, my wife managed to get to buy eggs in a nearby grocery store at $5 per dozen.

Well, we cut down on our household eggs consumptions by rationing 2-3 eggs a week. By then,we'll be skinnies in no time....it's blessing in disguise since we are quite overweight now. It's good to lose weight. Is this the new era to a slimming programme cause by environmental factor? Hmm..it saves us heaps.

Furthermore, even the food stalls are restricting the egg portions. I once ordered food with extra egg, I was willing to pay more for the egg. Yet the food stall holder refuse to add extra egg. Hmm..the food taste different with less egg. I was eating MEE GORENG. So no more fired noddles for the time being. Hmmm..it saves us heaps.

When I was in Sarawak, I stayed in Holiday Inn Kuching. The hotel was quite good especially the river view. After a nite in Kuching, i travelled to Damai Beach, 40 mins drive from Kuching. The beach is very beautiful. As a consultant, I think the beach place can be much improved. There should be more activities along the beach.

Welcome 2004 with a big bang from the Merdeka Bridge. I was shocked with the news i received two days ago from my friend Imran via SMS. How it happened? Why it happened came rushng into my mind. Well, as i sat in a public bus after receiving the shocking news i ponder the question on the work quality from the construction industry in Singapore. I saw the MRT being built more than 10 years ago on this island. Perhaps an island may have island soils. Many types of soils on an island. Do i feel afraid to take the MRT today? Well of course it struck my mind maybe subconsiously to 'duct my head' when the train i was travelling entered a tunnel. Hmm..I'll take the bus for the next few months. It's cheaper and safer.
